          Oversee the financial health and efficiency of your branches by tracking key performance indicators and historical trends for clients and balance. Evaluate individual banker contribution across total balance, activity volume, and lead conversion to identify top performers and coaching opportunities. Analyze branch-level and detailed client data, including financial accounts, open opportunities, and client interactions to drive strategic resource allocation.

          Total Clients Shows the aggregate number of customers within the portfolio. Use this metric to evaluate the overall size of the customer base and measure the reach of the bank's services.
          Total Balance Shows the aggregate monetary value across all customer's accounts. Use this metric to assess the overall finance and potential value of the customer base.
          Activity Count Shows the total number of interactions (calls, emails, tasks) recorded for a client. Use this metric to evaluate the volume of customer engagement efforts over a specified period.
          Total Balance (Converted Referrals) Shows the aggregate monetary value across accounts opened by converted referrals. Use this metric to measure the total financial value generated by the referral program.
          Average Days to Convert Shows the average number of days that it takes for a referral to move from submission to conversion. Use this metric to identify the speed and efficiency of the referral process.
          Created Date (Year - Month) Shows the time bucket used for the referral data, which groups record by the month and year created. Use this metric to analyze performance on a monthly and annual basis.
          Referral Count Shows the total number of referrals within the currently filtered view or a specific grouping. Use this metric to quantify the volume of the referral segment they analyze.
          Recipient Conversion Performance Shows key metrics detailing the success rate of individual referral recipients. Use this metric to identify top performers and areas needing coaching within the team.
          Referral Recipient Shows the name of the banker or staff member assigned to work on the referral. Use this metric to track accountability and monitor the workload of individual team members.
          Referrals Sent Count Shows the total number of referrals that an individual or source submits. Use this metric to track the contribution of individuals or channels to the total referral volume.
          Referral Details Table Shows a complete, record-by-record log of all referrals in the pipeline. Use this metric to access data points for individual follow-up and action.
          Created Date Shows the referral record's initial creation date. Use this metric to track the precise age of the opportunity and calculate other age-related metrics.
          Email Shows the primary contact email address for the prospect associated with the referral. Use this metric to initiate immediate, direct outreach for follow-up.
          Lead Source Shows the acquisition channel or origin of the prospect (website, referral, campaign). Use this metric to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing and acquisition channels.
          Person Name Shows the full name of the prospect or individual contact for the referral. Use this metric to personalize communication and ensure accurate identification.
          Owner Name Shows the name of the banker or staff member who submitted or is responsible for the referral. Use this metric to track accountability and monitor the workload.
          Phone Shows the phone number of the primary contact for the prospect with the referral. Use this metric to initiate immediate, direct outreach for follow-up.
          Rating Shows a qualification score or assessment of the prospect's likelihood to convert (Hot, Warm, Cold). Use this metric to identify the quality of the referral and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
          Status Shows the current stage or state of the referral (Open, Converted, Disqualified). Use this metric to track progression and determine the appropriate next action.
