          Create a Client or Prospect from the Accounts Tab (Managed Package)

          When you want to track engagement with a new client or prospect, create a profile.

          Important This feature is available in Salesforce orgs that have installed the Financial Services Cloud managed package. This is different from the standard Groups and Households feature, which can be accessed without installing the managed package.

          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
          1. On the Accounts tab, click New.
          2. Select Individual or Person account.
          3. For the account name, enter the client’s name.
          4. Select a status.
            1. For a client, select Active.
            2. For a prospect, select Prospect.
            3. For a client that you’re onboarding, select Onboarding.
          5. Enter other relevant information and save the information.
          Note
          Note You can’t delete clients and prospects.
