Fact Finding is designed to help wealth managers and financial advisors understand the
financial needs, aspirations, and risk tolerance of clients. It’s a sample template shipped from
the Discovery Framework, available out-of-the-box within Financial Services Cloud.
To use the Fact Finding questionnaire from client account record pages, confirm that
Omnistudio and the Discovery Framework are installed.
The Fact Finding template includes questions for assessment, Omniscripts, integration
procedures, and data mappers. After a wealth manager or financial advisor finishes the
assessment, they can:
Capture answers to the questions for the Fact Finding assessment.
View the risk tolerance score for the client or household account.
View historical completions of the Fact Finding assessments.
Export Fact Finding questions and answers for the client.
Set Up Basic Discovery Framework Use the pre-built templates for client discovery to add sample Omniscript and assessment questions to Salesforce.
