The mortgage standard flow templates are based on the U.S. Uniform Residential Loan
Application released in February 2019. The flows walk loan officers and borrowers through the
application process for a residential loan application record in three flows. Other flows provide
a loan summary view and allow borrowers to launch a mortgage flow for generic help (create a
case).
