Vlocity Insurance is installed.
Note Policy Renewal Prediction app is available at an extra charge for
Vlocity customers with Financial Services Cloud Basic or Standard licenses and the

The Likelihood of Policy Renewal dashboard gives you insights on policies that are at a high
risk of not being renewed. The dashboard charts answer these questions:
How many policies are up for renewal?
How many customers are to be considered?
What is the GWP for policies that are up for renewal?
Which policies are at risk of not being renewed?
Which are the high-GWP policies to focus on?
Which customers do I prioritize for follow-ups in order to retain them?
Likelihood of Renew Policy Dashboard
The Likelihood of Renew Policy dashboard (Embedded) gives you insights into the policy renewal
status of a specific customer. The dashboard charts answer these questions:
How many policies are up for renewal for the customer?
How many days are left for the customer to renew their policies?
What's the GWP for policies that are up for renewal?
What's the predicted renewal score for policies that are up for renewal?
