            Agentforce in Government Cloud automates repetitive tasks with trusted, secure agents that help agencies meet compliance requirements. Agents take action using existing workflows, code, and APIs, while agencies connect to enterprise data without AI-model training. The Atlas Reasoning Engine powers Agentforce to deliver accurate results with built-in trust and security capabilities.

            Agentforce in Government Cloud Plus is Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High authorized.

            Azure OpenAI Service
            Azure OpenAI Service for the US government is the large language model (LLM) service provider for connecting data in Government Cloud. Hosted in Virginia, Azure OpenAI Service is FedRAMP High authorized and supports the compliance and regulatory needs of US government agencies.
            Einstein Studio
            Admins control which LLMs are available in an org. See Manage Model Provider Access.

            LLM Availability

            This table shows the available FedRAMP High and Salesforce-configured LLMs in Government Cloud.

            Warning
            Warning LLM models can appear in Einstein Studio and Prompt Builder before US government approval, because FedRAMP approval processes require deployment to Salesforce Government Cloud production orgs for auditing purposes. Salesforce updates this page when new models become available.

            Note The Atlas Reasoning Engine supports only Azure OpenAI (GPT 4o (Omni)) in Government Cloud.

            Note Agent Optimization is a key component of Agentforce Observability that helps you understand how your AI agents perform in real-world scenarios. Using the Session Tracing Data Model, it analyzes agent and user sessions end to end to identify intent patterns, surface unresolved interactions and knowledge gaps, and score session quality so you can continuously improve agent effectiveness and performance. Agent Optimization uses Anthropic to run batch calls to the LLM.
