Use your objects and Omnistudio components or flows to create multi-section or
multi-phase applications and forms. If the object that you use for your form sections works with
action plan templates, use action plan templates to bundle Form Sections and provide a
consistent presentation to applicants. All form components, including Overview, Section, and
Review, are fully responsive and mobile-friendly for a powerful user experience on any
device.

User Permissions
Needed
To create forms:
Form Framework Manager permission set
To create forms for your objects:
Read, Create, and Edit on the objects included in the form
To create and activate versions of Omnistudio components:
Use the Related Files component in a screen element to show a related list of files in
the flow. Use this component to see a list of the uploaded files, or to upload files to
complete the task.
If the object that you use connects to action plan templates, use action plan
templates and tasks to reduce the time it takes for ongoing setup of tasks or sections.
Alternatively, manage ad hoc task or section records manually without action plan
templates.
To configure ad hoc tasks or sections that aren’t associated with action plans,
create task or section records.
For an application, create intake form sections for each section. Use the
Sequence Number field on the intake form sections to designate the section order on the
form.
In a form that includes sections created from an action plan, these ad hoc tasks are
shown under the Additional Sections header on the form.
