          Form Framework

          Create complex applications and forms by using your product's objects and Omnistudio components or flows. Use Form Framework to manage forms and applications inside Salesforce CRM or through your Experience Cloud site.

          Use Form Framework to:

          • Manage applications
            • Create multi-section grant applications.
            • Create grant applications that an applicant completes in phases.
            • Add ad-hoc sections to an in-progress or submitted grant application.
            • Reuse application sections across multiple application forms to ensure consistency and efficiency.
            • View application details on records related to an application record, such as reviews, application decision, and funding awards.
          • Review applications
            • Set up reviewer workspaces for employees or committee members to review applications.
            • View multiple review details on one screen when you make final decisions.
          • Manage other forms
            • Provide progress report forms to your grant recipients.
            • Review and approve progress reports on a single screen.
          • Form Framework Editions and Permissions

          • Turn On Form Framework
            To use Form Framework, enable it in your Salesforce org.
          • Create a Form
            Use your objects and Omnistudio components or flows to create multi-section or multi-phase applications and forms. If the object that you use for your form sections works with action plan templates, use action plan templates to bundle Form Sections and provide a consistent presentation to applicants. All form components, including Overview, Section, and Review, are fully responsive and mobile-friendly for a powerful user experience on any device.

            Create application render method records for each Omniscript, Flexcard, or flow that you want to use in your application.
          • Link Application Render Method to an Application Stage Definition for a Form
            Create application render method assignment records to connect your application stage definitions to their corresponding application render methods.
