To view the ARC graph on an object’s record page:
“View” and “Modify All Records” on the object for which ARC is
configured
From the App Launcher, find and select the anchor node object’s record page.
In the ARC Relationship Graph, view the anchor node record, along with its parent account
(one level up), and child accounts (one level down). Use bi-directional navigation to view the
full structure.
To view the complete upward hierarchy of an anchor node, click the immediate parent of the
anchor node. The graph shifts to the right to keep the node you’ve selected at the center. This
node at the center of the graph displays its child node (the anchor node and its sibling) and
its parent nodes.
Click each node’s parent to reach the topmost node. At the topmost node, you only see its
child records.
To view the complete downward hierarchy of an anchor node, click the child record of the
anchor node. The graph shifts to the left to keep the node you’ve selected at the center. This
node at the center of the graph displays its parent node (the anchor node) and its child
nodes.
Click each node’s child to reach the lowermost node. At the lowermost node, you only see
its parent records.
To optimize the graph display, you can see a maximum of 3 records at a time. For objects
with more than 3 records, the number is displayed as 3+. Click Show More
to see the full list of records.
Each container has multiple records, and this number is indicated next to each
object.
