          Set Up Group Scheduling

          Give schedulers the ability to assign multiple attendees to one appointment.

          To manage page layouts and related lists: Customize Application
          To use Health Cloud: Health Cloud Foundation permission set
          1. Add fields to page layouts.
            1. From the management settings for the Work Type object, go to Page Layouts.
            2. Click on a layout’s row, and select Edit, or simply click the name of the layout.
            3. Add the Attendee Limit and Appointment Category fields by dragging them onto the layout.
            4. Save your work.
            5. Repeat these steps to add the Appointment Category filed to the Shift page layout.
            6. (Optional) Repeat these steps to add the Attendee Limit field to the Shift Work Topic page layout.
          2. Add the Service Appointment Attendee related list to the Service Appointment page layout.
            1. From the management settings for the Service Appointment object, go to Page Layouts.
            2. Drag and drop the Service Appointment Attendee related list onto the Related Lists component.
            3. Save your work.
          3. Create an appointment category for group appointments.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Appointment Categories.
            2. Select New.
            3. Enter a name and select the Group option.
            4. Save your work.
          4. Specify the group appointment category for shift records.
            1. Create a shift record or select an existing shift record to modify.
            2. Select the group appointment category.
            3. Save your work.
          5. Specify the appointment category and attendee limit for work type records.
            1. Create a work type record or select an existing work type record to modify.
            2. Enter an attendee limit.
            3. Select the group appointment category.
            4. Save your work.
          6. (Optional) To override the work type attendee limit for group appointments, specify an attendee limit on Shift Work Topic records.
            1. From a shift record that supports group appointment, create or modify a record in the Shift Work Topic related list.
            2. Enter a value for the attendee limit. To override the work type attendee limit for group appointments, enter a higher limit in the shift work topic record.
            3. Save your work.
          7. (Optional) To support scheduling multiple group appointments within the same time slot, enable concurrent group scheduling.
            1. From Setup, enter Salesforce Scheduler Settings, and then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
            2. Enable Group Service Appointments in the Concurrent Scheduling section.
          8. (Optional) To support group appointment management for customer portal users in My Appointments, grant them access to the Service Appointment Attendee object and field-level security on the Status and Attendee Type fields.
