            Configure Assessments for the Behavioral Health App

            Assessments help behavioral health specialists gain a better understanding of a client’s mental health status. To use and customize samples of standard AUDIT-C, GAD-7, PHQ-9, intake, risk, and safety plan assessments, install Omnistudio, enable Discovery Framework, and deploy sample templates.

            We recommend you configure assessments as part of the Behavioral Health App guided setup. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Behavioral Health App Settings, and then select Behavioral Health App Settings. When you get to the step about getting your org ready for assessments, follow these guidelines.

            To install Omnistudio and enable Discovery Framework, see Get Your Org Ready to Use Assessments.

            To enable Import and Export settings, see Configure Import or Export Settings.

            To deploy sample assessments, see Enable Sample Assessments.
