Unlock Agentforce's capabilities for your case managers and public health investigators
to classify cases by creating an agent by using the Agentforce Employee Agent template. Add public
health-specific subagents to the agent to streamline case classification, reduce manual work, and
enhance case management.

User Permissions Needed
To build an agent:
Case classification AI Assistive Agent
AND
Manage AI Agents
AND
Manage
Agentforce Employee Agents
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agent, and then select
Agentforce Agents.
Turn on Enable the Agentforce (Default) Agent.
Click New Agent.
From Agentforce Builder, in the Select an agent section, select Create from a
Template.
Select Agentforce Employee Agent as the template type.
Click Next.
In the Select your subagents section, review the agent's subagents and actions available
with your template.
You can customize these subagents and actions later. If a subagent or action doesn't apply
to your use cases, remove them.
Click Next.
Enter a name for your agent.
The API name is automatically populated.
Enter a role, description, and company name.
Click Next.
Select a data source to ground your agent's responses.
If you don't want to use the available data sources, then create a library to limit
Agentforce Employee agent to specific articles or uploaded fields. See Assign a Data Library to Your Agent.
Click Create.
From the sidebar, select Subagents.
Click New, and then select Add from Asset
Library.
Select this subagent to configure your agent for public health.
Subagent: Disease Surveillance Case Management Assists case investigators, case intake specialists, and admin managers in performing key tasks, such as case reporting, assignment, classification, generating public health case and investigation summaries, and managing duplicate cases.
