Configure the Einstein Summary Component for Health Cloud
Add the Einstein Summary component to the person account and contact record pages so
that your users can start creating summaries of patient and provider information. You can choose
which prompt templates appear in the component.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
Einstein for Service or Einstein for Sales add-on license
Available in: Health Cloud Einstein 1 Edition
User Permissions Needed
To configure the component:
Customize Application
On the Person Account record page, select Edit Page from the Setup
menu.
The Lightning App Builder appears.
Place the Einstein Summary component on your record page layout.
Select the component you placed on your record page layout to bring up its
properties.
In the Prompt Template Type field, click Select and choose
Record Summary and Flex.
In the Prompt Template Name field, click Select and choose these
templates:
Summarize Patient History
Summarize Patient Medications
Summarize Provider Information
Draft Patient Precall Summary
Draft Patient Assessment Email
Save your configuration and activate your page.
Repeat these steps for the Contact record page. Select only Summarize Provider
Information as the prompt template. The other prompt templates aren’t applicable
for a contact record.
Your users can start using the prompt templates to generate summaries.
