Create an Agent for Health Engagement Patient and Member Self-Service
Use the Patient and Member Services template to create an agent that patients and
members can use to complete self-servcie tasks. Add specific subagents to the agent to help
members search for in-network providers, check their health plan benefits, and access their health
history.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for
Health Cloud add-on to access the agent action.

Create an agent based on the Patient and Member Services
template.
In Agentforce Builder, add these subagents from the asset library to the
agent.
Subagent: Provider Network Search and Queries Answers provider network and discovery questions using FHIR-aligned, CMS-compliant APIs to deliver accurate, conversational, and interoperable experiences across portals and contact centers.
Subagent: Member Data Queries Answers member data questions using PDex FHIR-aligned, CMS-compliant APIs to deliver accurate, conversational, and interoperable experiences across portals.
