- Your schema deviates from the Health Cloud schema.
- A custom field of an existing entity changes.
- The storage of feature data changes from an existing entity to a custom entity.
- The data doesn’t load properly.
- The app stops working because of incorrect data values.
- The Get Feature Dataset and Get Example Dataset recipes run successfully only when at least 400 Service Appointment records are in Completed status.
- The Get Recommended Care Professionals recipe writes details of the top three recommended care professionals to the relevant Recommended Care Professional records only when Salesforce output connection is enabled and an output connector is added.
Model
The CRM Analytics app installed based on the template configuration that you created contains the Recommend Care Professionals model. The Recommend Care Professionals node of the Get Recommended Care Professionals recipe uses this model to generate recommendations.
