Update the Field-Level Security Permissions for Clinicians, Caregivers, and
Schedulers
To help your clinicians, caregivers, and schedulers easily manage patient home visits,
clone the Home Health Clinician, Home Health Caregiver, and Manage Home Health permission sets,
and enable the field level access for the required fields.

User Permissions
Needed
To clone and update permission sets:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and
then select Permission Sets.
Click Clone next to the Home Health Clinician permission
set.
Enter a name, an API name, and a description for the cloned permission set.
Save your changes.
On the Permission Sets page, select the cloned permission set, and go to Object
Settings.
Go to each object mentioned in Access for Clinicians and enable View All access
for the object and Read access for the specified fields.
Save your changes.
To assign the cloned permission set to clinicians, go to Manage
Assignments, and click Add Assignments.
Select the relevant users, and click Assign.
Click Done.
Similarly, clone the Home Health Caregiver and Manage Home Health permission sets and
enable the field level access.
Your clinicians, caregivers, and schedulers now have the required permissions to manage
patient home visits.
