Add MCG-Related Components to Record Pages
To enable care managers to administer MCG assessments and create care plans from completed assessments, place the Assessment component and care plan interface on record pages. To track the history of an MCG assessment, place the Assessment history component on the assessment record page.

Place the Assessment component on the account, case, or clinical service request record
page.
Note MCG assessments aren’t available on the Assessment component for Care Plan Activity and home pages.- Open a person account, case, or clinical service request record page in Lightning App Builder.
- Add a custom tab labeled Assessments for the Assessment component.
- Drag the Assessment component to the new Assessments tab.
- Select the Assessment and Assessment Envelope fields to display on the Assessment card. The Assessment component supports standard fields only, not custom fields.
- Select the OmniProcess fields to display on the Assessment card.
- In the External Assessment Integration field, enter the developer name of the MCG integration definition you created.
- Save your changes and activate the page.

Place the care plan interface on the person account, case, or clinical service request
record page.
- Open a person account, case, or clinical service request record page in Lightning App Builder.
- Place the Flexcard component at an appropriate spot on your page layout.
- Select the Flexcard component you placed on the page.
- In the component properties pane, find and select IndustriesHcCarePlanManager in the Flexcard Name field.
- In the Integration Definition field, enter the developer name of the MCG integration definition you created.
- To set the default value as MCG Assessments for the Search Assessments In dropdown in the care plan creation and update workflows, select Set MCG Assessments as the default value for Search Assessments.
- Save and activate the page.

Place the Assessment History component on the assessment record page.
- Open an assessment record page in Lightning App Builder.
- Place the Flexcard component on your page layout.
- Select the Flexcard component you placed on the page.
- In the component properties pane, find and select DiscoveryFrameworkAssessmentHistory in the Flexcard Name field.
- In the Integration Definition field, enter the developer name of the MCG integration definition you created.
- Save and activate the page.
Integrated Care Management is now connected to the MCG system. Your users can access industry standard assessments and care guidelines, and create care plans informed by MCG.
