Accelerate Roster Mapping with Canonical DLO Template and GenAI

Simplify and standardize the processing of provider roster files by using a Canonical Data Lake Object (DLO) Template. Use Generative AI to automatically map roster fields to this template, replacing manual configuration with smart, AI-driven suggestions. Transform incoming data into a unified format, ensuring seamless mapping, transformation, and ingestion into the Provider Network Management (PNM) data model.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Health Cloud Provider Network Management Add-on and Health Care Analytics Plus licenses

Advantages of Using the Canonical DLO Template

Standardize Data Mapping: Convert roster file columns into a consistent structure that aligns with Salesforce fields, eliminating discrepancies caused by varying file formats.

Streamline Data Preparation: A pre-defined canonical dataset maps incoming roster fields to the target Salesforce fields. Admins can extend or update the dataset for custom mapping and transformations.

Accelerate Data Ingestion: Prepare data in the correct format for smooth updates to multiple Salesforce objects in the PNM data model while reducing errors.

Support Customization: Extend the canonical model to handle custom fields or entities for specific business needs. Upload data into multiple objects such as Provider, Provider Contract, and other PNM data model objects.

          Note
Note In the Canonical DLO, a suffix is added to field names where the fields can have more than one value.

For example; ProviderEducation<Suffix>CompletionDate becomes ProviderEducation1CompletionDate, ProviderEducation2CompletionDate, and so on to accommodate multiple education entries for a provider’s educational background.
