Give referral coordinators complete visibility into key referral metrics by setting up
the Referral Management app and Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare. The Referral Management app
shows Referral Analytics dashboards such as Referrals Insights, Top Referrals, and Referrals
Performance. These dashboards help coordinators assess the referral process efficiency and
expedite patient care.

To configure and enable features:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
The Referral Analytics dashboards embedded in the Referral Management app rely on data from
clinical service requests, and are available as standalone components for other page layouts.
Use the dashboards as is or customize them based on your requirements.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Referral Management, and
then select Referral Management Settings.
If you haven’t already done so, set up CRM Analytics for Health Cloud. Click Go
to Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings. Then follow the guided setup instructions
on the page to check prerequisites, enable CRM Analytics, and set up Enhanced Analytics for
Healthcare.
Back on the Referral Management Settings page, enable Referral Management
App. You can find the app via the App Launcher.
From the App Launcher, search for and select the Referral Management app.
If the Home page is blank, click Edit Page from the Setup menu, and then activate the
page.
