          Configure Guest User Access for Your Guest Referral Site

          Assign permissions and enable features required for guest users on your guest referral Experience Cloud site.

          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets:

          To create sharing rules: Manage Sharing
          1. Assign the Guest Referral permission set to the Guest Referral profile user. If you haven’t already created this permission set, see Get Your Org Ready to Use Guest Referrals.
            1. From Setup, on the All Sites page, click Builder next to your site.
            2. From the General Settings page, open the guest user profile. The profile details page opens in your org.
            3. Click View Users, and then select the guest user record.
            4. In Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
            5. Move the Guest Referral permission set from the Available to the Enabled Permission Sets list, and then save your changes.
          2. Create sharing rules for guest users on the guest referral site.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Sharing Settings.
            2. For Manage sharing settings for, select Code Sets. In the Sharing Rules section, click New. Create a sharing rule to grant the Guest Referral site guest user Read Only access to active code set records. For the Criteria field, operator, and value, enter Active equals True.
            3. For Manage sharing settings for, select Omni Processes. In the Sharing Rules section, click New. Create a sharing rule to grant the Guest Referral site guest user Read Only access to active Omni process records. For the Criteria field, operator, and value, enter Active equals True.
          3. Allow guest users to upload files on the guest referral site.
            Tip
            Tip You can restrict the size and types of files that your members can upload. See Limit Files in Your Experience Cloud Site.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Files, and then select General Settings.
            2. Click Edit.
            3. Select Allow site guest users to upload files.
            4. Click Save.
