            Generate a Web Form with reCAPTCHA Verification

            Before you can add reCAPTCHA verification to your guest referral Experience Cloud site, you must generate HTML code that includes a secret key pair registered on the Salesforce platform.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To generate Web-to-Case HTML: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, enter Web-to-Case HTML Generator in the Quick Find box, then select Web-to-Case HTML Generator.
            2. Complete the reCAPTCHA fields.
              1. Leave Include reCAPTCHA in HTML selected.
              2. Next to the reCAPTCHA API Key Pair field, click the lookup, and then click New.
              3. Enter a nickname and the key pair that you obtained from Google.
              4. Save your changes to register the key pair on the Salesforce platform.
            3. Click Generate.
            4. Copy and paste the HTML, and then click Finished.
