In addition to the solution-oriented features you get with Agentforce Health (formerly Health Cloud), you can also design and implement your own solutions to meet the business needs of your organization. - Action Plans

Flow for Health Cloud expands the existing Salesforce Flow suite with additional features built for complex industry workflows. Use optical character recognition to automatically extract data with Amazon Textract using your AWS account. Specify the document type that can be associated with the form, upload the form, and map the form’s fields to a Salesforce object’s fields. For example, you can specify that a patient's birth date in a referral form must be stored in the Birthdate field of the patient's Contact record. The extracted information can be used to create or update record fields, or to verify data that's already in the org. For example, you can check a person’s birth date against the birth date in their scanned passport. - Intelligent Form Reader
Intelligent Form Reader provides optical character recognition for data extraction. The information extracted from a document can be used to create or update record fields, or to verify data that's already in the org. - Life Events and Milestones in Health Cloud
With the Events and Milestones component, capture and track significant events in a patient’s life that may impact their healthcare. - Reporting in Health Cloud
Set up your reporting environment for Health Cloud. Use the report builder to create a basic report and organize your reports to make it easy to find information. You can also find useful dashboard apps on the Salesforce AppExchange. - Salesforce Knowledge
Salesforce Knowledge enables you to easily create and manage content and make it available to other healthcare professionals, as well as patients, members, and the care team. - Salesforce Shield
Salesforce Shield is a set of security tools you can use to comply with regulations on storing sensitive, protected health information. With Platform Encryption and Event Monitoring, you can monitor usage, prevent malicious activity, and protect data at rest while availing Health Cloud’s full functionality. - Vlocity Health
