            Keep in mind that your Salesforce admin can customize components so your dashboard can look different than our example.

            • Use filters to narrow in on referrals that most interest you (1).
            • Scan key metrics about referral statuses (2).
            • View referral status and leaderboard charts. Hover over chart elements to view heatmaps that show details of referral status and age (3).
            • Drill into details of each clinical service request or patient associated with an open referral (4).
