Search for Beds Across Healthcare Facilities in Crisis Support Center Management
Use the Bed Search component to search for beds across healthcare facilities based on
parameters such as provider name, facility name, specialty, bed type, distance, and services.
Select up to 50 records from the bed search result and generate a shareable PDF
report.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
In the Bed Search component on a case record page, search for beds using at least one of
these fields.
Provider Name
Facility Name
Specialty
Bed Type
Services
If applicable, specify the bed type and services.
Bed type refers to the bed type code of the facility bed. Services refer to the associated
care programs and products.
Click Search.
Share results as needed:
To copy and share a single result, click .
To share multiple results, select up to 50 records, then click and select
Copy Selected Records.
To generate a report, click , and select Generate Report. Find the report
in Files and in the Attachments related list on the relevant case record.
