Eliminate the hassle of checking each record individually by providing a single view of changes across related objects. Derive inferences effortlessly by viewing the consolidated changes.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

The Cross-Object Field History feature is best suited for complex data models, such as those used for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Business Relationship Plans. For example, underwriters can track changes to loan applications and related records from the prior review. Cross-Object Field History uses the platform's Field History Tracking to monitor changes to fields in each record.

Specify the objects to be tracked in the Cross-Object Field History Builder. This tool, similar to the Actionable Relationship Center, is used to establish relationships between related objects and provides greater flexibility in visualizing these relationships during the initial configuration.

By setting up objects to be tracked for field changes, users can easily identify key updates made by different users and monitor changes across multiple objects. With the Cross-Object Field History Lightning web component, users don't need to manually reviewing each record.
