            Configure Static to Dynamic Status Mapping

            Map predefined static values for the status of a claim coverage payment detail record to dynamic values based on your organization’s needs. Make sure that you map at least one dynamic value for each static value.

            Required Editions

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Insurance Claim Services, and then select Configure Picklist Mapping.
            2. Click New Picklist Mapping.
            3. Select a Static Value.
            4. Click Next.
            5. In the Dynamic Value , select one or more dynamic statuses to associate with the selected static value.
            6. Move the desired values from Available to Selected by using the arrow buttons.
            7. Click Next.
            8. If you select multiple dynamic values, select one to be the default. The first one selected is chosen by default.
            9. Save your changes.
