            Create Product Specification Record Type

            Create Claim, Claim Damage, and Claim Injury product specification record types.

            Required Editions

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Product Specification Type.
            2. Create a new product specification type.
              1. Click New Product Specification Type.
              2. In Label, enter the name of the product specification record type. For example, Claim, Claim Damage, or Claim Injury.
              3. Select the corresponding record type and product specification type.
              4. Save your changes.
