Work with a Financial Services Experience Builder template to create a self-service portal for your customers. Perform initial setup and branding, configure components, and then deploy a working portal to your sandbox.

From the Financial Services site template, configure pre-built components that allow policyholders to:

View policy and claim summaries.

Drill down to view details of policies and claim records.

Upload relevant documents for claims.
Policyholders can launch any of these pages from the portal home page.
Use Experience Builder to configure, brand, and customize the Home page and pre-built components.
Use Content Management and Moderation to set up the Knowledge Base.
Use the checklist as a guide to perform Experience Cloud site setup tasks, to brand the home page, and to update component properties.
Work with the home page to personalize your Experience Cloud site.
