Disassociate a Product Class from a Root Product Spec
When you disassociate a product class from a root product spec, the inherited items from the product class are automatically removed from the root product spec.
- Open the root product spec and go to the Details tab.

At the top right, click Edit.
You may need to click the down-arrow at the top right to find Edit.
- On the Edit window, go to Parent Class.
- Delete the parent class from the field.
- Click Save.
