            Save your customer service representatives time and effort by streamlining business tasks with the power of conversational AI. Gain quick customer insights by using AI-generated summaries of Account, Insurance Policy, and Claim records. Einstein Copilot converses in a natural language that you can understand. Access Einstein Copilot on multiple pages and apps.

            Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled with FSC Insurance and Einstein for Service.

            Who: This feature is available to users with the FSC Insurance Record Summary permission set. To access Copilot, users also need the Use Einstein Copilot for Salesforce permission. To run prompt templates, users need the Prompt Templates permission.

            How: To get started with Insurance Copilot, enable Einstein generative AI in Setup. Then turn on Einstein Copilot for Salesforce from the Einstein Copilots page in Setup. To launch your copilot to your users, from Copilot Builder, activate your copilot.
