Renew Policies
Now, a couple of clicks is all it takes to renew a policy for all lines of business.
Where: This feature is available in the Insurance Application Suite under Property and Casualty Application.
Why: When a policy is due for renewal, the renew policy option automatically appears in the Actions. You can start the renewal from the Lex Console. The renewal date is auto-selected but you can modify coverages for insured items and you're done! It's as simple as that.
How: The Renew Policy Business Process is built using an OmniScript. You can find the renew policy OmniScript in the OmniStudio OmniScript Designer under:
