          Support Users with the Property and Casualty Application Suite Interaction Launcher and Console

          Use the Interaction Launcher component with Property & Casualty so that your service agents can quickly access a 360-degree view of a customer.

          Open the Interaction Launcher by clicking its label in the Utility Bar at the bottom of the Vlocity Service Console. Call service agents can then use the Interaction Launcher to search and verify the caller's identity. The console displays only the data and transactions that the caller is permitted to see.

          The processes in the interaction launcher now write to the native Financial Services Cloud Insurance Policy object instead of the Asset object.

          What You Can Do With the Interaction Launcher

          Our sample Interaction Launcher comes with four processes for service agents:

          Get to Know the Interaction Console

          The Interaction Console enables your service agents to manage interactions that streamline common tasks. For example, call service agents can use the Vlocity interaction launcher to search accounts, verify your customers, and improve the overall customer experience.
