Consider these limitations when you use List Builder for Data Cloud Segment to create
actionable lists.
An actionable list can have up to 10 fields.
An actionable list can contain up to 50,000 records at a time. When an actionable list
reaches 50,000 records, the list creator receives an email notification from List Builder for
Data Cloud Segment.
When an actionable list syncs with the associated Data Cloud segment, new records from the
segment are randomly selected and added to the actionable list.
When an actionable list syncs with the associated Data Cloud segment, the actionable list
can look up to 1 million records in the segment for adding or updating records.
A Salesforce org can have up to 400 actionable lists that are created from Data Cloud
segments.
