definition to retrieve candidate’s health data for the Research Study Candidate Evaluation
prompt template.

From the App Launcher, find and select the object from the preceding list for the kind
of record you want to create. For example, to create a record for Allegery Intolerance,
find and select Allergy Intolerances.
Click New.
Enter values in the fields, as applicable.
