Capture a Customer's Consent and Communication Preferences
Update the communication subscriptions and channel preferences of healthcare
professionals (HCPs) directly from an account’s record page. Plan and execute your outreach
strategies better by seeing an HCP’s consent status and communication preferences, all in one
place. Capture consent directly from an Account or a Visit record page using the Capture Consent
quick action.

User Permissions

To view and edit consents on the web and mobile app:
Life Sciences Field Sales Representative
OR
Life Sciences Field
Medical
OR
Life Sciences Key Account Management
From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences
Commercial.
Click Accounts.
From the list of accounts, select the one you want to update consent for.
In the Account Record page, select the Capture Consent quick
action. Alternatively, you can click the Consent tab, and then
click Edit.
Select the radio buttons to update channels and subscriptions as needed.
To upload any files, click Manage Attachments, and then click
Upload Files to select an attachment.
Add a channel value.
Click Manage Channels, and then click
+New.
In the New Channel window, select the channel type and the channel value.
To add a new channel value, click +New Value and enter the
contact point value details.
You can create values for contact point email, contact point social, and contact
point phone.
Edit an existing channel value.
In the Manage Channels window, click to edit the channel.
Select a channel value.
To add a new channel value, click +New Value.
Save your changes.
Acknowledge the terms and conditions and select I Agree.
To send a confirmation email to your users, select Send email consent
confirmation.
