Important Notes
Install the managed package in a new, blank org unless you've thoroughly evaluated the impact in an existing org with pre-existing configurations.
Do not disable prerequisite settings via metadata APIs after installation, as this will cause future package upgrades to fail.

| Admin Console | A page within the Life Sciences Commercial app where administrators configure Customer Engagement features and settings. |
| Life Sciences Commercial App | An application that appears in the App Launcher after you install the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package. |
| Managed Package | A pre-built application distributed by Salesforce that you can install in your org. It includes objects, fields, and functionality that Salesforce upgrades automatically. |
| Metadata Cache | A mobile app feature that syncs your Salesforce configuration (such as page layouts and tabs) to the mobile device. If you don't generate the metadata cache, mobile users won't see your customizations. |
| Person Accounts (HCPs) | Salesforce records that combine Account and Contact information into a single record. Life Sciences uses person accounts to represent individual healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and other individual healthcare providers. |
| Territory Model | A hierarchical structure that defines sales territories and assigns users to them. A territory model is necessary for meaningful mobile access in Customer Engagement. |

Then,create account and person account page layouts and record types for healthcare organizations and professionals, add tabs to the Life Sciences Commercial app, and support access to Customer Engagement features by creating object sharing rules for Life Science Metadata Categories and Life Science Metadata Records. - Supported Languages in Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement
Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement is localized in over 30 languages that are either fully supported or provide end-user support. For fully supported languages, Life Sciences Cloud features and user interface (UI) text appear in the selected language. End-user languages allow individual users to select a language other than their company’s default language for end-user facing UI.
