Use Medical Insights to provide field teams a structured way to capture and share insights from their engagements with HCPs and HCOs. Show relevant insight data for collaboration through customized record pages with specific field sets and related lists. Medical Insights helps you to:
- Streamline user workflows with contextual pre-population. When capturing an insight from a Visit, Salesforce automatically associates the relevant Account and Product data, reducing manual data entry and keeping users focused on the interaction.
- Foster territory-based collaboration. A unified feed enables peer-to-peer upvoting and hierarchical filtering, helping teams surface the most relevant insights quickly and act on them together.
- Maintain data integrity through granular controls. Define specific field requirements and toggle features based on user persona, such as field sales representative or Medical Science Liaison, ensuring high-quality data capture without adding friction to the workflow.
- Deliver a seamless experience across web and mobile. Customized record pages, field sets, and related lists give users an intuitive and consistent experience whether they are working in the browser or on the mobile app.

Configure the settings in Admin Console to enable users to capture insights, add more details and mandate certain required fields before saving them. - Manage Medical Insight Sharing and Visibility
