Schedule a visit or send an email directly from the Next Best Action component on the Account record page. If a recommendation isn’t relevant, users can skip it and provide a reason. When a user completes the recommended activity, the component updates the recommendation record. - Configure Skip Reasons for a Next Best Action
Configure skip reasons so that users can dismiss a recommendation and provide feedback explaining why they skipped it. A user can skip a recommendation that’s current, actionable, or past due.
