Before you get started with visits in Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, complete a few tasks to prepare your org for visit management features. These include ensuring your Life Sciences org meets the prerequisites and has the necessary permissions, page layouts, and core settings configured. - Configure the Visit Record Page
Field reps use the Visit record page to review visit data and manage related activities. Activities include adding visitors, recording expenses, completing assessment tasks, and updating ratings. - Configure the Visit Engagement Page
The Visit Engagement page is the primary workspace for field users during a visit with their customers. It features a configurable sidebar for navigation and a main form for data entry. - Mobile App Configuration for Visit Management
Configure object schemas and generate a metadata cache so users can manage visits on the mobile app and the desktop site. - Configure the Visit Management Admin Console
To configure what information fields users can see and how they can interact with and manage visit records, use the Admin Console. - Configure Actionable List View
Configure Actionable List View, also known as Quick Visit, so field reps can perform routine tasks from a list view. Streamline mobile workflows with card-based lists and embedded quick actions to perform tasks. - Manage Visits from Service Console

Enable field reps to distribute physical samples (Sample Drop) and initiate shipment requests (Direct to Practitioner) in a compliant manner. Configure automated checks for inventory levels, territory allocations, and individual Healthcare Professional (HCP) limits. - HCP License Validation
Ensure healthcare professionals (HCPs) have valid licenses before they receive hand-carried samples or request shipments. - Configure Collaboration Features
