for the Web-based app.

Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To manage visit settings:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
This procedure only applies to the Web-based app. The functionality is
available by default in the Mobile app.
From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences
Commercial, and then select Admin
Console.
Select Trigger Handler Administration.
Activate these trigger handlers:

ContentDocumentLockHandler
PVChangedEventUpdateAccountTerrInfo
PVLockHandler
VisitChangePrimaryAccountHandler
VisitLifeScienceAccountListLinkHandler
VisitLockHandler
