Configure Visit Information Fields

Customize what's shown in the Visit Information section at the top of a page by adding fields from the Visit and Provider Visit objects.

1. From Setup, open Object Manager.
2. Select Visit and open Page Layouts.
3. Edit the layout assigned to your field users.
4. Add supported fields such as Channel and Status to the Visit page layout to show them immediately below the system fields. The system fields (Account, Place, Planned Start Time, and Planned End Time) are always shown at the top of a section.
5. Click Save.
6. Find the Visit Provider Page and edit it.
   1. Add standard Life Sciences Cloud fields such as Is Confirmed.
   2. Create custom fields on the Provider Visit object and add them to this page layout to capture unique business data.
7. Click Save.
