Respond to Surveys
Configure surveys so field reps can launch and complete them during visits.

| Access the Admin Console to manage trigger handlers and generate the metadata cache: | Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set |
- From Setup, in Object Manager, select Person Account or Account.
- Go to Page Layouts and drag the Survey action into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
- From Setup, in Object Manager, select Visit, and then click Lightning Record Pages.
- Edit the record page and add a tab named Surveys.
- Drag the Visit Survey List View component into the new tab.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then click Admin Console | Trigger Handler Administration.

Activate the VisitSurveyInviteCascadeDeleteHandler trigger handler.
This handler deletes survey invitations when a visit is deleted and prevents deletions if the visit is submitted.
