To build a comprehensive template that accurately maps content to Salesforce objects, and supports most Request for Proposal (RFP) formats, create the document type and the document template. If you’re an admin looking to set up Intelligent Document Reader for Media Cloud, watch this video.
After the feature is set up, any Media Cloud customer can use Intelligent Document Reader to extract and upload information from RFPs and Campaign Briefs sent over email attachments. For example, if you’re a Media Planner or a Sales Representative, you can use Intelligent Document Reader for RFP ingestion. This video explains how you can do that.
