Deploy Relationship Graphs for Media Cloud
Use Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) to view the relationships among people and businesses in an interactive graph. Advertising Sales Management provides some templates that you can customize to suit your business needs.

Relationship Graphs Included with Advertising Sales Management

Advertiser Graph: Available for all Advertiser accounts, and lists the Brand and Agent accounts linked with the Advertiser account.

Agent Graph: Available for all Agent accounts, and lists the Advertiser and Brand accounts linked with the Agent account.

Brand Graph: Available for all Brand accounts, and lists the Advertiser and Agent accounts linked with the Brand account.
Download and Deploy Relationship Graphs
Salesforce recommends that you use the Salesforce CLI tool to deploy the ARC template in your org.

Download the Advertising Sales Management Summer '24 Actionable Relationship Center Relationship Graphs file.

Download and install the Salesforce CLI. See Install Salesforce CLI.

Open a Terminal window, and enter this command:
sf org login web - Log in to Salesforce using your org credentials.
- Deploy the relationship graph that you downloaded earlier by entering this command in a Terminal window:
sf project deploy start --metadata-dir <Path to zip file> -o <Username> --single-package
After the command completes, a list of the relationship graphs that were deployed to your org is displayed.

Set Up Relationship Graphs
Relationship graphs use the tabs, icons, and compact layouts of the objects included in the graph. Before you use a relationship graph follow these setup instructions:
Create Tabs for Party and Party Relationship Objects
Relationship graphs include tabs and icons. Create the tabs and set the appropriate icons for the party and party relationship objects.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Tabs and then select Tabs.
- Create a custom object tab, and select Party.
- Select an icon style, and assign the tab to the required user profiles.
- Save your changes.
- Create a custom object tab, and select Party Relationship.
- Select an icon style, and assign the tab to the required user profiles.
- Save your changes.
Create Compact Layouts for Party and Party Relationship Objects
Relationship graphs require compact layouts. Create the layouts for the party and party relationship objects.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager and then select Object Manager.
- Find and select Party.

Select Compact Layout.
If there is a System Default, assign it to your profile. If not, create a Compact Layout and then assign it to your profile.
The relationship graph and the compact layout are added to the account FlexiPage.
View Relationship Graphs on Your Account Page
Edit the page layout to show relationship graphs on your account page.

From Setup, select Edit Page.
The Lightning App Builder opens.
- Go to the Account Relations tab.
- From the left pane, drag ARC Relationship Graph into the tab.

In the right pane, in Graph Name, enter the appropriate relationship graph.
The table lists the ARC graphs for each account type.
Account Type Graph Name Advertiser Advertiser Graph Agent Agent Graph Brand Brand Graph - Save your changes.
The ARC relationship graph is now shown on the account page under Account Relations.
