Visualize the hierarchy of components in an asset in a tree-like graph by using Asset Interactive View. Service agents and field technicians can get a high-level view of the asset structure, track the relationships between assets, and review critical details about each asset in the hierarchy. They can also easily replace and relocate assets in an asset hierarchy. Use Asset Interactive View on desktop or the Salesforce Field Service mobile app.

Create parent-child relationships between assets to represent a product and its components. To model an asset's parent asset, use the Parent Asset field on an asset record.
