Manufacturing Cloud offers enhanced lead and opportunity management capabilities to help original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) capture comprehensive lead information. You can track the specific products or parts a customer is interested in, including transaction type, condition, classification, and pricing details. When a lead is converted into an opportunity, the granular information is retained and available for dealers throughout the opportunity’s lifecycle. The Leads tab on the Dealer Performance dashboard in the CRM Analytics app provides insights into lead conversion rates and lead pipelines by region and period.
