Import Data for CRM Analytics Dashboards

To begin, create the required .csv files with precise column names and the specified column order. When the files are ready, use the Net Zero guided setup flow to set up the analytics app. During the guided setup process, you will upload the .csv files, and then the app will add the metrics to relevant dashboards. Note Use only a UTF-8-compliant text editor to create and open CSV files. Opening CSV files in non-compliant text editors, such as Microsoft Excel, reformats and makes the files unusable in CRM Analytics. Salesforce cancels the data upload if it encounters errors in the .csv file. Failed records, with the reason for failure, are linked to the Received Document record. To troubleshoot upload problems, look at the number of records processed and the error details. After resolving the errors, upload the file again.

Note Ensure to import at least the business metric data to install Net Zero Analytics app with the Emissions Forecast and What-If Analysis dashboard.
