Create a CSV file with the following column headers, in this order, and using the exact names provided.
| CSV Column Header | Description |
|---|---|
| Year | Indicates the year for which efficiency factor value is provided. |
| Level | Indicates the category for which the forecasted business metric is provided. It can be the name of a company, business region, country, city, or asset. For example, San Francisco. |
| Emissions Activity | Indicates the emission activity type for which the efficiency factor is provided. Renewable energy applies to two emissions activity types:

| Renewable Energy % | Indicates the percentage of energy usage from renewable energy sources. |
