            Assign a Permission Set License to Users

            The features that a user can access depend on the permission set license assigned to the user. If the license isn’t available, contact your account executive.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            Permission Set License Description
            Net Zero Cloud Gives access to Net Zero Cloud features and to standard and Net Zero Cloud objects for users with a Salesforce license. Assign to internal users who need all the main features of Net Zero Cloud.
            Net Zero Cloud Light Available with a Net Zero Cloud User add-on along with either a Net Zero Cloud Starter or Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives users with the Lighting Platform license access to a limited set of Net Zero Cloud features and objects.
            Net Zero Analytics Base3 Apps

            Available with a Net Zero Cloud Starter license. Gives limited access to Net Zero Analytics apps.
            Net Zero Analytics Base5 Apps

            Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives limited access to Net Zero Analytics apps.
            CRM Analytics for Net Zero Cloud

            Available with the CRM Analytics for Net Zero Cloud add-on. Gives users the full platform capabilities of CRM Analytics, including the ability to create and customize CRM Analytics apps and dashboards in Net Zero Cloud.
            Clause Management User Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to create and manage clauses.
            Carbon Accounting for Partners User License Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license and Net Zero Cloud - Multi-Organization Support add-on. Gives access to partners to perform carbon accounting in Net Zero Cloud using Experience Cloud.
            Data Processing Engine Psl Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to the features of Data Processing Engine to transform data that’s available in your Salesforce org.
            Data Pipelines Base User Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license and Data Pipelines Base License add-on. Gives access to manage data pipelines.
            Disclosure and Compliance Hub Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to create and edit disclosure and compliance reports.
            DocGen Designer Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to create and edit document templates.
            External Engagement Supplier User License Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license and Net Zero Cloud External Engagement Management add-on. Gives access to collaborate with suppliers for their sustainability information in Net Zero Cloud.
            Manufacturing Advanced Account Forecast Psl Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to the advanced account forecasting objects and features.
            Omnistudio Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to create Omniscripts, Omnistudio Data Mappers, Flexcards, Integration Procedures instances, and calculation runtime.
            Einstein for Disclosure and Compliance Hub Available with a Net Zero Cloud Growth license. Gives access to use Einstein generative AI for disclosure authoring.
            Einstein Prompt Templates Available with an Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Gives access to use Einstein generative AI to analyze the response in environment, social, and governance (ESG) reports to improve accuracy.
            Scoring Framework PSL Available with an Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Gives access to use Scoring Framework to define models for scoring use cases and to view predicted scores generated for use cases when drafting responses in environment, social, and governance (ESG) reports.
            NLP Service Psl Available with an Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Gives access to use NLP service when drafting responses in environment, social, and governance (ESG) reports.

            Before you configure the app, make sure that the Net Zero Cloud permission set license is assigned to at least one user.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Click the user’s name.
            3. In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Select the Net Zero Cloud permission set license.
            5. If the user requires access to CRM Analytics App and dashboards, select an analytics license.
            6. Save your changes.
