Prepare, upload, and collect energy use data in Net Zero Cloud to track emissions and create records for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and emissions forecasting.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app

Available in: Enterprise, Developer, Performance, and Unlimited Editions

Before you upload bulk energy use records, make sure your file does not include any duplicate records. If you've already uploaded duplicates, ensure the records you want to remove aren't associated with any carbon footprint records. Then, ask your Salesforce admin to delete them.

Collect Energy Use Data
Building and asset managers can collect and enter their monthly energy use data into Net Zero Cloud by using the Collect Energy Use Data flow component.
Upload Documents with Intelligent Document Reader
Upload documents such as your utility bills, and extract their data to create and update Net Zero Cloud object records. Intelligent Document Reader requires an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account to access Amazon Textract to extract the data.
Upload Data by Using Dataloader.io
Use Dataloader.io for your data loading needs to expedite the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting process, and improve ESG metrics. Import ESG CSV files directly into the platform. This includes energy usage metrics, employee pay and demographics, and tax filings.
Upload Data by Using CSV Data Management for Industries
Use CSV File Import to upload environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data such as energy use information in bulk into Net Zero Cloud objects. After you upload a file, select the matching object, match CSV column headers to Salesforce fields, validate, and upsert or insert records.
